We currently offer free delivery across West Bengal, including Kolkata and surrounding districts. For deliveries outside West Bengal, please contact us via our Contact page to confirm feasibility, timelines, and any applicable shipping charges for your location.

2. Delivery Timelines

• Retail orders within Kolkata: typically 1-3 business days.
• Retail orders elsewhere in West Bengal: typically 3-7 business days.
• Bulk and distributor orders: timelines depend on order size and are confirmed at the time of quote, generally 3-10 business days.

Timelines may vary during festive seasons, extreme weather, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery is free of charge anywhere within West Bengal. For locations outside West Bengal, shipping charges (if any) will be communicated and agreed upon before the order is dispatched.

4. Order Packaging

All products are securely packed in food-grade packaging to preserve freshness during transit. Custom packaging options are available for bulk and distributor orders — please mention your requirements when placing your enquiry.

5. Cash on Delivery

Cash on delivery (COD) is available across our serviceable areas for retail and small bulk orders. Please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery wherever possible.

6. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

If a delivery is delayed beyond the estimated timeline, or if you are unable to receive your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist in rescheduling or resolving the issue.
